Brad Brkljacic is the owner and founder of Bramic Constructions and is a registered builder with over 20 years domestic and commercial building experience.



Brad's role as builder on your project involves:

• Providing a quote on the cost of the works.
• Securing a building permit from the building surveyor.
• Demolition and excavation (if required).
• Project managing the build, including all trades.
• Professional advice during the build process. 
• Site rubbish removal. 
• Completion of all building works.
• Building & public liability insurance during build.
• 10 years builders warranty on all structural works.

The builder on request can also:

• Organize all plans, permits or additional reports required prior to commencing the build.
• Liaise with your architect or draftsmen to help in the design process.
• Come out to site prior to house design to offer advice on orientation, excavation, environmental, utility and structural requirements.
